Pre-Order Guide (How it works)

At Neva Wargames, we are committed to delivering high-quality gaming experiences. Our pre-order system is designed to involve our community in the publishing process while offering the best possible value to our supporters.

1. The P-300 Program (Community Choice)

Before a game goes to pre-order, it enters our P-300 list. This is where you help us decide which titles to publish next.

• How to participate: Log in or register, browse the P-300 list, and click the heart icon to add a game to your wishlist.
• The Goal: Once a title reaches 300 wishlist entries, it becomes a priority for our next production cycle.
• No Commitment: Adding a game to your wishlist is completely free and requires no payment. It simply tells us what you want to see on your table!

2. Campaign Selection

We typically select 2–3 titles for each pre-order campaign. Selection is based on:

• Total community wishlist count.
• Development status (readiness for print).
• Internal production schedules.

3. The Pre-Order Process & Discounts

Our pre-order campaigns usually span 6–10 months from launch to delivery. Unlike traditional crowdfunding, our projects are already well-advanced, and we guarantee a full refund in the unlikely event a project is cancelled. Please note that payment is required at the time of purchase during the pre-order campaign.

Please Note: Our print runs are strictly based on pre-order volume. Once the production milestone is reached, remaining stock is limited and may sell out before the games arrive at our hubs.

In fact, during our first campaign, the English editions sold out entirely before reaching our European hub. While we may consider re-prints based on future demand, they are not guaranteed.

To secure your copy and take advantage of the best available discounts, we highly recommend placing your order as early as possible.

4. Logistics & Shipping

To ensure fast and efficient delivery, we fulfill orders from two primary international hubs:

US Hub (Florida): Servicing USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam.

European Hub (Spain): Servicing Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
