GAME DESIGN: PERRY MOORE
As the sun sets on July 11, 1943, both sides prepare for the largest tank battle of World War II! Nearly a week of grueling slaughter has finally gained the 1st SS Panzer Division a few kilometers towards their objective: Prokhorovka. So close, yet so far!
The Russian 18th and 29th Tank Corps have been beaten back, but they are not defeated. Replenished with tanks, they will be the sledgehammer in their only planned counterattack. This has to work! It cannot fail!
Both enemies planned their offensives to begin on July 12th, but neither side is aware of the other’s plan. As dawn breaks, the roar of over 300 tanks signals the coming clash.
Now, YOU are in control. YOU are in command! How will your strategy succeed or will it fail in WW2’s greatest, epic, tank battle that history still talks about?
